Dr EIBHLIN FLETCHER

Eibhlin loves daring her physical and mental boundaries in the outdoors.  This has led to some amazing life experiences.  She believes in ‘I can’ way more than ‘I can’t’, the journey more so than the prize.  She is passionate about infusing others to dare their boundaries so they get closer to maximising their experiences in work and life.  

 

Her career path has been circuitous, starting in Rolls Royce in England and finally finding her flow in coaching leaders and teams, as well as strategic and corporate planning, and facilitation here in Australia. 

 

She is raising two independent, resilient and adventurous daughters with her husband Nick.  Nick is also keen on the outdoors, our staffy Louie, and personal fulfilment.  

Qualifications & Accreditations: PhD Catalytic Convertors (in cars), BSc Industrial Chemistry, AICD.

PETER BLOOD

Peter enjoys gardening on his small acreage in his spare time.  He is also a sucker for boutique beers, always scouting for new breweries to visit for a tipple.  

Peter's career spans more than 30 years developing leadership capability for organisations and its leaders. His approach is pragmatic and real, bringing comprehensive skills and experience to solve people and organisational challenges.  

Peter, along with his partner Tracey, and daughters Kate and Charlotte, keep their cupboards and neighbours content with farmgate produce such as fruit, vegetables and a variety of eggs.  

Qualifications & Accreditations: BEc Economics, Mediation.

LARRY COHEN

Larry’s loves working with people and businesses to build their unique environment for success. He is an inquisitive realist, wrapped in warmth and candor. He also loves mountain biking and has completed several Ironmans.

Larry has spent most of hie life working outside his comfort zone, building businesses and careers that people said weren't possible.  At 18, he was told, “you can’t make it in tennis”. He proved people wrong by leaving South Africa for the United States where he achieved a world ranking in tennis. His early years as a professional athlete taught him lessons that made him a successful businessman whilst forging his unwavering belief that people can do anything, they set their mind to.

He challenged the status quo again in Australia where he incubated what became one of the biggest fitness franchise businesses in Australia. At its peak, Step into Life had 162 franchises in Australia and New Zealand with an annual turnover of $17M and over 10,000 clients. Needless to say, he has acquired extensive experience in building business systems, coaching programs, incentive models and analytics all aimed at improving personal and business performance.

 

Qualifications & Accreditations: BSc Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology.

GABY SCHROTT

Gaby is a keen explorer of the beauty and diversity the world has to offer and loves to dance with creativity. She considers flexing her creative muscle an essential need and whenever time permits, can be found making, growing, writing or swinging a paint brush. She knows that creativity is a valued leadership quality and the basis for innovation and is passionate about supporting others in re-kindling their innate creativity to enrich their personal and professional lives.

Gaby has spent more than 20 years coaching and developing leaders and high performing teams, leading sustainable change and building organisational capacity.  Putting people at the centre, she combines methodical systems thinking with creativity to design, develop and implement innovative solutions and developmental initiatives.

 

She is married to Gerry and together they have raised a beautiful, independent Australian/German/Irish son and they like to travel, slowly, often on foot and with a backpack. With family and friends spread across the world she currently divides her time between Germany and Australia.
