Our experienced facilitators will work closely with you using our proven and highly successful team development framework to assess, plan and align culture, behaviours and dynamics to move your team from good to great.
We are pleased to offer one-off sessions or workshops focused on elements of team performance and/or targeted learning and development needs.
To achieve effective and enduring culture change that 'sticks' however, we recommend a commitment to team development over a period of 6-12 months. A long term focus on development will ensure changed behaviour and the desired team culture are embedded and consistently reflected in the way individuals and the team behave and operate.
All programs are tailored to meet each client's specific requirements and involve a blend of formal and experiential learning opportunities as well as one-on-one and team coaching supported by internal mentoring and consistent leadership.
A typical program may include some or all of the following components:
During this diagnostic phase, we support the team to explore how the team currently functions and aim to raise individual's self awareness in relation to personal style, preferences and motivators and how these impact on team dynamics.
We then work with the team to clearly identify the desired culture and change required to move the team from good to great.
A sustained commitment to ongoing learning and development, coaching and mentoring combined with feedback and defined check-in points provides the basis for enduring culture change.
