Blend of Executive Coaching and Team Building workshops for Executive Team Members and CEO. This program is a foundational piece with an objective that moves from development and relationship building to performance with a focus on critical goals and organisational success whilst ensuring the health and well-being of the team and its members.
Designed to focus on the development of managers in the key competencies required to be successful in their roles. This program usually involves a self assessment, a 360 degree feedback initiative to determine individual learning needs and personalised development plans with a focus on workplace projects.
Coaching Skills for Leaders
A skills and tools based program designed for leaders looking to develop coaching skills to more effectively manage the performance and development of their people. This program includes a mix of workshops and 1:1 coaching and mentoring as well as a buddying system with participants. The program is run cross functionally and often cross hierarchically.
Building Potential Program
Designed to focus on the development of new leaders within the organisation in the key areas of self, relationship and performance development. The program prepares potential new leaders to be job ready for supervisory opportunities.
This program has a similar construct to the Emerging Leaders Program and is often used as a precursor.
Emerging Leaders Program
Designed to focus on the development of emerging leaders to be job ready for middle management and senior technical opportunities. The program has a focus on self, relationship and performance management.
This program has a similar construct to the Accelerated Development Program and is often used as a precursor.
Accelerated Development Program
Program designed to focus on the development of key organisational talent in the key areas of self, relationship and performance development. The program prepares leaders to be job ready for senior level opportunities.
